"The average woman today, I believe, would do well to appraise her interests, evaluate the activities in which she is engaged, and then take steps to simplify her life, putting things of first importance first, placing emphasis where the rewards will be greatest and most enduring, and ridding herself of the less rewarding activities."  Belle S. Spofford, 9th Relief Society general president (1945-1974). quote found in Daughters in My Kingdom - The History and Work of Relief Society

When I first received this new RS book, I immediately read the chapter on Home and Family. And I remember this quote too. Great stuff. Maybe we should make this quote into a cute and trendy bumper sticker to show that we spend our time on IMPORTANT stuff! ;)
